Abstract

This article outlines and analyzes the implementation of the GEBRAK PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) Community Service Program by group 103 of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in Kedungasri Village, Lamongan. The program focuses on improving Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) at the household level, preventing malnutrition through innovative nutritional education, and sustainable management of organic waste through the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots. The program was carried out on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the Kedungasri Village Hall using an educational approach, practical demonstrations, and interactive socialization involving various community elements. The main results indicate that this activity successfully increased the community's understanding of the 10 indicators of household PHBS, introduced nutritious snack innovations as a solution for child nutrition, and socialized the cultivation of BSF maggots as an effective method for economically viable organic waste management. Active participation and community support were key to the success of the program. Overall, the GEBRAK PHBS program demonstrates significant potential to create positive and sustainable behavioral changes in the fields of health and the environment, instilling a collective awareness for "Healthy Kitchens, Great Earth" in Kedungasri Village.
